About us

A dream that no one is denied the basics.

Nawabzada Mohammed Asif Ali, Dewan and Heir-Apparent to the Prince of Arcot, dreamed of a day when no human being is deprived of survival, participation, protection and development. He did not wait for it to happen. He founded the Arcot Foundation, which quickly teamed up with other organisations to run programmes for the underprivileged.

Today we are a national-level development organisation working with children and families on education, healthcare and livelihood in villages, slums, poor colonies, orphanages and old-age homes across India.
